When couples say they want an ‘intimate’ wedding, they usually mean 50-70 people. For Christi & Christoff, ‘intimate’ meant sixteen people, including the two of them. They gathered under a tree and made their vows as tears flowed freely, and then sat with their guests around one table, toasting the love they have found, not just in each other but in everyone present. They invited us into their celebration with such warmth and we really felt enriched by the experience of photographing them.
In Christi’s words, the quote that best describes their relationship is this;
“I love you not only for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you. I love you not only for what you have made of yourself, but for what you are making of me”
