“I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where. I love you simply, without problems or pride: I love you in this way because I do not know any other way of loving but this, in which there is no I or you, so intimate that your hand upon my chest is my hand, so intimate that when I fall asleep your eyes close.” – Neruda
Amanda and Dennis had two wedding celebrations and this was the first them. Both Dennis and Amanda’s families (from Sweden and South Africa respectively) gathered in the Eastern Cape for their traditional Xhosa wedding. The entire day was a feast for the eyes, with colour, pattern, music, dancing and food in abundance. There were audible gasps as Amanda walked down the aisle in her one-of-a-kind dress and there was so much beauty around that it was hard to know where to look. The chemistry between these two is tangible and if we were able to capture even a fraction of their magic in these pictures then then we would consider it a job well done.
